I have the original URU on my computer, and yet when i try to install TPOTS expansion, it can't find it, im installing TPOTS from a cd, and i tried clean boot. It just doesn't work for this computer, i have tried it on others, and it works, so its not the cd. Any ideas?

If I understand correctly, the POTS disk can't find your URU-ABM installation? If that is the case, exit out of the installation procedure, go to control panel and explore the disk. I think there is a setup folder that you need to open. Click on setup or install and do it manually, so you can navigate to the folder where or original installation is.
