I want Live to be like UU, but with just a few changes:
1. In addition to the KI journal, I want to use the writing journal found on the Relto bookshelf in the single-player game.
2. I dont want to see the ABM and To D'ni puzlzes done for me when I arrive! I wanna play the ABM puzzles! I want to open the doors to the linking stones in Kirel! I want to visit Bevin! I want to see Sharper's spy room and Phil's Relto! I wanna collect GZMS and GZMUS and fall into the shaft! I want to play these like single-player - only on, well, Live!
3. I wanna play POTS.

All of the puzzles in the Ages (Gahreesen, Gira/Kemo, Teledahn, Kadish, etc.) are instanced, meaning you have to solve them by yourself even though others may have been to that Age before you and solved them in their own "instance". However, when Live re-launches, there won't be much in the game beyond what was originally on the Ages Beyond Myst installation. The five "core" Ages of Yeesha's Journey, the Cleft (presumably, though it seems we won't be starting there), the Bevin-style neighborhoods, and the City are the only things I would honestly expect to see on the day the game re-opens. There are plans to add the To D'ni and PotS content as time progresses, but it's too much in too little time to get it all ready for play in time for release in the fall.

Also, just as a note, at launch the game will only allow note taking and journaling in the KI as is the case in UU... the reason for that being that re-implementing the book journal is just one more thing to have to debug before the game's fall release.

Generally speaking, Live will be the same material as UU, since Cyan's biggest focus right now is on making sure that the ground work for the game's future is working properly (so no lag, broken puzzles, or crashing).
