As I'm quite sure many are aware of by now, the DPWR server has been experiencing painful and inexplicable slow-downs during the late-night and early-morning hours, which I've been assured by my webhost simply do not exist.
I'm looking into a couple of alternatives for hosting at the moment, and once things get finalized, I'll be sure to post another update about it.

Yes, I am noticing a bit of a slow down...but at least I can still move around the forum.
