And I quote:
QUOTE
Uru, D'ni, Cyan®, and Myst® are trademarks of Cyan, Inc. and Cyan Worlds, Inc. under license to Ubisoft Entertainment. No part may be reproduced or distributed without written permission of Cyan Worlds, Inc.
(source: www.mystworlds.com).
I know there is a clause somewhere that says "D'Ni, Cyab®, and Myst®
and all related indica are trademarks of Cyan, Inc. and Cyan Worlds, Inc"
This means that everything to do with Myst, the rights belong to Cyan.
Therefore, as soon as you give a Moeity style dagger, a linking book, or a single D'Ni character or number, you are commiting trademark infringment (unless, of course, you've got a licence from Cyan.".
