At one point I had the Kadish Balcony link in Complete Chronicles.
Either that or the stone at the Library.
Either way could someone suggest an article or tutorial that will give it to me again?

The link to the top of the pyramid in Kadish is indeed at the back of the Library in Ae'Gura. However, it comes and goes as it pleases, so you may need to keep checking back there in both the public City (accessible through the Nexus) and your neighborhood-instance of the City (accessible using the Bahro stone in the neighborhood Book Room).

Don't you get a link page in your Relto Kadish book after using the stone? If so, one could share their Relto Kadish book with someone that hasn't been there, but I'm not sure if you'll get a link page in your own Relto Kadish book.
