I've just received notification from Ubisoft that my order of the LE of MYST V has shipped. A FedEx tracking number has been supplied and using that FedEx tells me to expect my package on Sep 21, 2005 at 4:30 PM! Any time on the 21st will be fine! biggrin.gif

Ubi's store says my shipped last Thursday for 2-day delivery by Fed Ex, but it hasn't come yet. Looks like 2-day delivery means 5 days. blink.gif

I haven't even gotten an email with tracking number...and my order status on Ubi Store says shipped on the 15th, but the status also says "Processing". suspicious.gif

So much for "free 2-day delivery" and for "Pre-order" bored.gif

Just checked FedEx. LE box and calender delivered today at 4:23PM. "Left at front door. No signature required - release waiver on file." caffeine.gif Into the collection it goes! Surely no one plays an LE!

Now all I have to do is receive the standard game from Amazon and I'll have something to play.

Got it..installed it..started it. biggrin.gif

Anne and I are trying the Yahoo audio chat version of "playing together", it's a lot of fun (whenever the audio doesn't cut out). bounce.gif

Lucky you... the European CE required a signature for delivery, so after FedEx tried to drop it off at early o'clock while Osc and I were still asleep, we had to drive to the FedEx depot to get our game out of storage. And we did, in fact, open it up and play it, 'cause we're impatient wink.gif. If we can swing it we're gonna get the LE too, for the guide, the lithograph, and the full soundtrack ('cause Ubi EU screwed up again and only put 7 of the 17 tracks from the ST on the bonus disc tongue.gif). Maybe in a couple years we'll pick up the SE too, heh.

I got lucky with my CE as my wife was home when it came. Not sure if they would have left it otherwise. I have the SE on order from Amazon (although they seem to be shipping from GameStop) and that is what I'll play when I get it. I'll bet that in a year, or less, the SE will be going cheap. In fact Amazon has it on the secondary market already.
