ok. I have tried every piece of advice I can come across. I have tried every type of problem seeking solving solution with no help whatsoever. What has everyone else done to get on URU?

A bit more detailed information regarding your problem would help here. Like what exactly is the problem, what steps did you take to try to get into MOULa (I'm assuming that's what you're trying to get into), what (if any) error messages are you getting, and of course some system specs would help as well.
